Giant Texas
GENERATIONS OF INNOVATION
Nearly a century ago, Carlos de Aldecoa's grandfather started a coffee business in Spain, one that would be passed down from generation to generation. When the Spanish Civil War forced the family to flee the country, they took their enterprise to the fertile soils of Veracruz, Mexico and then expanded to Houston, Texas.
After creating a world-class coffee plant, that grew the family business into one of the largest privately-held coffee companies in the country, in 2014, Carlos de Aldecoa the man dubbed "The Coffee King" decided to expand his beverage empire into distilling spirits. Today, through determination and grit, he has created the largest distillery west of the Mississippi.
When first introduced, Giant Texas made its way into Texas homes where it was recognized as how a true Texas grain to glass product should be.
In early 2022, we relaunched our Giant brand under the new 100 proof label with a more streamlined and original look and it was a truly welcomed addition to our family. But our family is still growing and we’ve decided to think even bigger.

Jack Ryan
We in Jack Ryan Whiskey are Whiskey finishers as opposed to distillers. It's a noble tradition going back a long way to when Dublin was the Whiskey capital of the world, in the mid 1800's. Some vintners began to toy with sourcing good aged malt, and maturing and finishing it further in their own casks, procured from various importers including wine merchants.
Thomas Ryan of Toomevara Tipperary
This is the tradition that Thomas Ryan of Toomevara Tipperary, son and grandson of distillery managers and barley farmers, became part of in 1913, when he set up his whiskey finishing hall on Haddington Road, Dublin in 1913, his Ryan’s Malt a city favourite. The eponymous Jack Ryan was his son, and with him, the Ryans’ Finisher’s Touch was well established. Irish Whiskey went through hard times towards the end of the 20th century, but is now coming back into its own. Jack’s son and scion Eunan Ryan revived the family Whiskey finishing with Jack Ryan 12YO, to award-winning effect – Irish Whiskey Awards and San Francisco World Spirits Gold.

Harahorn Gin
Over many centuries, hunters and mountain men swear they have glimpsed it. In North American folklore this creature is known as the Jackalope; in Norway we know it as the Harahorn.
Harahorn is also the name of a Norwegian Mountain which rises into a midnight sky filled with northern lights.
This inspired us to develop Harahorn small batch Gin.
In that mountain plateau, we gather the ripe juniper berries for our Norwegian Gin. We trace the Harahorn’s tracks through abandoned mountain farms where we harvest our rhubarb, to the deep forests of the Norwegian Lowlands where we pick our blueberries.
This is how our gin-fairytales starts. Hope you will help us keep it alive.

Leopold Bros Distillers
We pride ourselves on using only the best grains, fruits, botanicals, herbs, and spices. We never use flavoring agents, artificial flavors or colors, glycol, glycerin, or high fructose corn syrup. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients from family farms and orchards like our rye fields located only twenty-five miles north of our distillery, the barley growing in Colorado's San Luis Valley, the Palisade peaches on Colorado's Western Slope, and more.
In keeping with the practices of traditional methods, we adhere to the Pre-Prohibition technique of mashing and fermenting our grains at lower temperatures for longer periods of time than most distilleries today. We even ferment mashes to make our own neutral grain spirit instead of shipping it in from a mass producer.
